How to Book a Driverseat Ride

Booking has never been easier. We have an easy-to-use app (which is similar to the Uber app), you can enter the ride details onto our Driverseat website or call us on (941) 271-0079. You can get an instant quote without entering any personal information at all but to book the ride you will need to create an account with us on our secure system. We can do this for you over the phone if you prefer. We are available for pre-arranged rides 24/7 but are not an on-demand taxi service. If you need to schedule a ride within the next 24 hours, please call us for availability.

How Will I Know Who is Picking Me Up?

When you have booked with us you will receive confirmation of the booking on The Driverseat App or by email if you would prefer. Nearer to the date of arrival we will send you notification with the name, photo and contact details of your chauffeur driver. When you have landed, you will be able to track them via GPS and communicate directly with them through The Driverseat App or directly by cell phone. This allows your chauffeur to let you know the exact meeting point and allows for flexibility in case of unexpected changes to your journey. We ensure that all of our fully trained, professional chauffeurs are pre-screened with local and national background checks and will offer assistance to those who need it as part of our white-glove service promise. How much does a Driverseat Ride from Tampa Airport to Sarasota Cost?

Our rates are often comparable to Uber or Lyft, but with:

We charge from $120 for pickups from Tampa Airport to the Sarasota-Manatee area in our six-passenger vans (6 maximum occupancy with carry-on luggage only). Our prices are flat rate regardless of how many passengers are in your party, but may vary depending on the drop-off location and time of day. How Long Does the Journey Take?

Tampa Airport is about 60 miles from downtown Sarasota. The ride usually takes just over an hour.

What About COVID-19?

We have strict COVID-19 sanitizing procedures between passengers to ensure our vans are safe and clean after every single trip. To date, all of our chauffeurs are fully vaccinated, wear a mask, check their temperatures before their shift and regularly wash their hands. Hand sanitizer is available in each vehicle and we encourage everyone to use it.
