Airport Transportation

DISCLAIMER: our chauffeurs* check Google maps prior to setting off and make every effort to arrive at the allocated time. However, on occasion, there are traffic delays that are out of our control (road traffic accidents, inclement weather, unscheduled road closures, etc.). In the unlikely event that your chauffeur will be late, he/she will get in touch by phone or text to inform you of the updated ETA.
Airport bookings are made based on scheduled flight arrival time. Our chauffeurs will adjust their pickup time depending on airport size, whether you are checking in luggage and expected immigration time.
SURCHARGES: an out of hours surcharge will be automatically applied for pickups between 9.30pm and 7am.
MINIMUM 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking. If you cancel the ride with less than 24 hours before your scheduled pick up time, the full rate will be charged to the credit card that we hold on file within our secure payment system. This policy also applies to no-shows.
*chauffeur allocation may be subject to change (we will let you know if any changes occur and send updated details) and surcharges may apply during out-of-hours and outside of the Sarasota-Bradenton area.
